The King?s Troop, Royal Horse Artillery, is a ceremonial unit with eight horse-drawn guns. It is responsible for firing Royal Salutes in London, and gives displays of precision driving, rapid deployment and firing. For a month in the summer, when the Life Guards and the Blues and Royals are away at camp, the King?s Troop mounts guard at Horseguards. In this picture The King's Troop are firing a Royal Gun Salute in Hyde Park.
